There is NO extra charge for delayed flights .

We monitor flight arrival times to ensure that your private transfer will be waiting for you upon your arrival at the airport.

For your return to the airport we will arrive 5 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.

The airport authorities have designated an area where all transfer vehicles must park. It is close to the Arrivals Hall.

We will wait for one hour in the Arrivals Hall for you and attempt to contact you on your mobile phone. If unsuccessful, we will consider you a no show.

Yes we will transfer you directly to the address listed on your booking reservation, and as your transfer is private you will not share with anyone else other than those included in your booking.

If the drop-offs are nearby this is not a problem. However if the drop-off points are distant there may be an extra charge, but please inform us in advance so suitable arrangements can be made.

There is no special rate for children and babies as they must use either a baby or booster seat thereby taking up a seat belt place as required by Portuguese law.

No, there is no additional charge for baby or booster seats and we can provide a suitable size seat for your child. We have Isofix seats suitable for 0-15 months, normal baby seats for 16-24 months, booster seats with back panels for 3-6 years and normal booster seats for 7-11 years.
Please be aware that it is compulsory, under Portuguese law, for all children below the age of 12 years or under 1.35m tall to use the seats provided. Failure to do so may result in a police prosecution or fine.

There is no additional charge for tolls. All our prices are inclusive of the tolls payable on the motorways.

There is no additional charge for golf bags, surf boards etc., but they must be declared during the booking process otherwise we cannot guarantee transportation.

The maximum number of passengers is 8 per vehicle. It is not permitted by law to carry more.

It is not permitted to smoke, eat or drink (other than water), in the vehicles.

If the driver does not have a service directly after yours then it may be possible for the driver to stop if there is a foodstore on route.

Amendments can be made anytime up to eight hours prior to your agreed pick-up time but may be subject to an additional charge.

Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to travel without incurring any fees. Bookings cancelled between 6 and 1 day are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 24 hour of travel are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
