Overall performance was good. Didn't realise that Tour Algarve had merged with ATS and we weren't told that some of the drivers couldn't take cards. Taking a detour after midnight to draw cash from a machine was really not appreciated.
Also, on my collection, I was told that my pick-up would be confirmed. I didn't hear anything, so I sent an email, to which I only received a response after my transfer. I eventually called to confirm that the transfer was all in order.

Theresa was fabulous and so warm and friendly. It was my first time travelling to Albufera so not familiar with the area. I felt very safe as I was travelling alone with a young child and we'd a very early pick up. Highly recommend them

We were all so very pleased with the service provided by TourAlgarveTransfers. The driver was friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful. Her timing was spot on so that we could plan with confidence knowing that she would arrive when anticipated leading to a stress free journey to and from the airport. The vehicle was clean modern and comfortable.
We would definitely rate the company very highly and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and indeed we would certainly use them again when we next travel via Faro Airport

Our driver was professional and reliable. The transfers were booked through the owners of the apartment. The driver kindly agreed to pick us up an hour earlier for our return journey as our Airline had emailed us stating we should arrive 3 hours prior to our flight time as delays were expected in Security.

Excellent service! Both drivers we had for our round trip between airport (Faro) and the hotel near Albufeira were very friendly, helpful and excellent drivers. They were courteous towards other drivers and we felt very safe sitting in the back (at one point I closed my eyes through tiredness, something I would never normally do in a taxi). Your website and booking service very easy to use and the follow up with confirmation emails, very reassuring. Both drivers arrived on time. The cars were spacious and clean, we felt like VIPs!

Great service, withh great cummuncation throughout. Even though our flight was delayed on arrival our driver (Lina) was ther and very easy to find. Very clean and spacious car and a comfortable spin to our hotel. Lina was also very helpful and could answer all our questions. Our departure pick up was exactly on time. We (my wife & I) travelled to Portugal for my brother's wedding.
Flying into Faro from Liverpool, and with us staying in Albufeira (by the Old Town) meant quite a substantial transfer both in and out.
My brother recommended Tour Algarve because he'd used them before. So impressed with their attentive nature, impeccable timekeeping and kind approach, he used them for all wedding transfers and all of the transfers for all guests.
I can totally see why. The attention to detail is incredible. Be it numbers of seats, vehicles, car-seats for the children, or assisted time-keeping in order to get you there in time and save you time.
They think of everything, putting themselves into your position, and making decisions to ensure that you're never late.
Kind, courteous, and well, just lovely. The rates are very reasonable, and payment was very straightforward.
I would not hesitate to recommend, and I would and will always suggest Tour Algarve.
A simply brilliant service.
And thank you for helping to make my brothers wedding such a memorable day!

Our Driver Lina , was waiting on us at Faro airport for nearly two hours due to us waiting on our luggage , she was very friendly and helpful couldn't have asked for a nicer driver
took us up to the apartment and showed us around and when she returned she came up to the apartment to help us down with the luggage , nothing was a problem for her , due to us arriving later than expected due to the delay at the airport for our luggage she stopped off at a garage for us to get some provisions for that night

Brilliant company was recommended by the woman who owns the villa we were staying in. So easy to book got back to me right away to ask for all my fligh details and confirmed the booking and price right away. The price was cheap. Paid 90 euros from faro airport to albufiera the strip paid driver on arrival at the villa. They also had a number of car seats and booster chairs for children. There was 6 of us in our party. Taxi driver were waiting for us when we arrived in faro and came on time to pick us back up.

I sent an email over to the guys at tour Algarve asking for a quote for multiple trips including airport and they got back to me very quickly with a better price than anyone else. We had the same driver for every trip and he was a top guy, happy to help in any way and was always early! He was flexible on our transfer times which we agreed on the day. I will definitely be using this service again when we come back to the Algarve and I would highly recommend to anyone else!

Punctuality was excellent and the vehicles were immaculate, we were 10 adults & 3 children and ALL are requirements were met just as requested. We booked transfer from Praia da Rocha to Faro Airport and Lina picked us up. She was on time (actually a couple of minutes even before time:)) with a big smile and very friendly attitude ?
